What this website stores
This website does not set cookies, does not use advertising services and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.
Audience measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to measure audience reach. The service does not set cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not create user profiles. It records, in aggregated form, which pages are viewed, which page visitors come from, country, browser and device type, and loading times. We only see these totals, not individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO)).
Hosting
The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. When you access it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and the page accessed in order to provide the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Enquiry list
When you add products to the enquiry list, your browser stores this selection locally (localStorage). The data does not leave your device until you send an enquiry. Storage is necessary for the function you have requested; you can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
Enquiries by email
The contact form creates an email in your own email program. We process the details in your message to handle your enquiry and to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for this purpose and no retention obligations apply.
Online payment
For online orders (consulting packages, second opinion, workshops, templates) we redirect you to the payment page of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment, contact and billing details there under its own responsibility; Stripe's privacy policy applies (stripe.com/de/privacy). We receive the details we need for the contract, invoice and service: name, practice or company, billing address, email, phone, VAT ID where applicable and, for workshops, the name of the participant, but not your full card details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and, for invoices, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (retention obligations under tax and commercial law, up to ten years). We store your acceptance of the terms and conditions together with the time of the order.
Workshops and video meetings
We hold workshops, the second opinion and consulting meetings online via Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). This involves processing your name and, where applicable, video and audio as well as chat messages, to the extent that you share them. We do not record. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out and takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Social media profiles
Dental Yield has profiles on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. The references in the footer of this website are simple links. No data is transferred to these platforms when you visit this website, only when you click a link.
When you visit our profiles, the platform operators process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We are joint controllers with the respective operator for the statistics on our pages (Art. 26 GDPR):

We only receive aggregated statistics from the platforms, not data on individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing information about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The operators may also transfer data to the USA; Meta, Google and LinkedIn are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; according to its own information, TikTok bases transfers to countries outside the EEA on standard contractual clauses. You can exercise your rights with us and with the respective operator.
We plan and publish posts via Metricool (Metricool Software, S.L., Spain). Metricool acts as our processor and for this purpose has access to our profiles, their statistics and the comments and messages received there.
