Strategy consulting for dental practices

Calculate first, then advertise.

Dental Yield does the maths before the practice advertises: more yield per treatment hour, measured in cases per month.

Yield-Check · modules 1 to 3

After three modules, you know whether advertising pays off for your practice.

  • Case value per treatment from your billing data, not from market averages
  • Your bottleneck: clinicians, chairs, assistants, call-backs or appointment attendance
  • Two to three lead treatments with the highest yield per clinician hour
  • A clear recommendation: advertise, create capacity first, or don't
Fixed price€4,900

Why practices should calculate first

Most campaigns don't fail because of the advertising. They fail because of what is missing beforehand.

Case value unchecked

Agencies work with market averages. What a case really earns your practice is in your billing data – and it is rarely analysed.

No spare capacity

More enquiries only help if appointments are free. The bottleneck – clinician, chair or call-backs – decides between profit and loss.

Expensive purchasing

For the same scope of services, the agency proposals at our pilot practice ranged from €39,670 to €71,630 a year. If you don't tender, you overpay.

Six modules, one sequence

Numbers first, then advertising: no module starts before the previous one is signed off. That way, you only buy what pays off.

  1. Patient structure

We read from your practice software which treatments bring which case value – real fees instead of market averages.

  2. Capacity

We find the bottleneck: clinician time, chairs, assistants, call-backs or appointment attendance. It decides whether more enquiries lead to more yield.

  3. Treatments

We choose what to advertise: the treatments with the highest yield per bottleneck hour that your practice does well and likes doing.

  4. Business case

We calculate the break-even in cases per month and derive budget and channels from it, such as Google and Meta.

  5. Tender

We tender the agency: specification of services, comparison of proposals, interviews and a contract with clear KPIs.

  6. Launch and handover

We support the first three months, measure in cases per month and then hand control over to your practice.

Independent, at a fixed price

Dental Yield earns nothing from the agency. We work at a fixed price, show our calculations openly and measure what counts: cases per month and yield per treatment hour.

  • Fixed prices per package, paid in instalments as work progresses
  • No commissions from agencies or service providers
  • Measured in cases per month, not clicks
  • After three months, your practice takes the controls

Already have an agency proposal?

We review it in one hour by video call: services, price, contract and KPIs. The €290 is fully credited if you book a Yield-Check afterwards.
