Free tools for dental practices
Calculators and checks for your practice marketing
Four tools for a first assessment: what does a treatment bring in, how much may advertising cost, is there free capacity, is the agency proposal any good? In a few minutes, no sign-up.
01
Yield calculator: your numbers in one minute
What is left of a treatment after materials and lab, per case and per clinician hour? And how much additional yield is in your free hours?
You will find the formula and a worked example in the guide Calculating case value.
02
Ad budget calculator: when does the agency pay for itself?
Agency fee and ad budget have to be paid for by the cases they generate. The calculator shows how many new patients you need per month for the budget to pay for itself.
The calculator takes the contribution margin per case from the Yield calculator, but you can overwrite it.
03
Capacity check: do you have room for new patients at all?
More enquiries only help if appointments are free. Estimate how many clinician hours are free each month and how many are lost to missed appointments.
Whether the bottleneck is the clinician, the chair, the assistants or the call-backs only becomes clear when we analyse your staff rota in the Yield-Check.
04
Agency proposal check: ten questions before you sign
At our pilot practice, proposals for the same scope of services ranged from €39,670 to €71,630 a year. Tick what your proposal covers.
The check shows gaps, but not what they cost. We assess that in the second opinion: one hour by video, €290 net, fully creditable towards the Yield-Check.
The tools estimate. We calculate with your real numbers.
Example values show the direction, not the decision. In the Yield-Check we read case value, capacity and bottleneck from your practice software and staff rota, and select the treatments that are worth advertising.
